    This recipe is in her cookbook and I've made it about 6 times over the past year. It is a huge hit everytime I make it. It takes a long time to cook, but it's still a super easy recipe. Everyone always loves it and I will definitely be making it this Christmas.

    Was planning to make this for christmas dinner so... I made it tonight to give it a test run. was not disappointed! This intensely flavored dish is meant as a side dish and added a lot to the meal. Will make again with pork loin for christmas dinner. Thanks PW

    I'm a huge fan of mushrooms, but I won't be making this recipe again. After 9 hours, the mushrooms were super flavorful, but overly rich and the texture was really off. After the amount of money you will spend on this recipe, plus all the time it takes, it's just not worth it. Maybe it's just an acquired taste, but the flavor was just too strong and after two bites, I was pushing it away.
