This is the best Caesar salad dressing I've ever tasted! I'm always at the store googling with my iPhone to make sure I have all the ingredients. I like to couple the salad with a grilled blackened chicken breast! Awesomeness - must try and it will become a staple!

Phenomenal! Really loved it. Wish I had doubled the dressing recipe like she did on the show. I love to add artichoke hearts and avocado to the salad - which I know is not the traditional salad - but it is a great way to add another texture and another vegetable. The only problem? What do I do with the rest of the can of the anchovies? Tried to give one to the dog - she took it and spit it out on the dining room rug! Ugh!

so scared of hating the anchovy taste that I chicken out and used anchovy paste instead. I did not change another thing and everyone in the family said it was an excellent caesar salad. I really impressed everyone and I thought most of it would go in the trash. Was tempted to add some things but didn't. The simplicity is part of the attraction and ease of serving. Making it for Easter with the real anchovy's.....I should have know to trust Ree!

We loved this dressing and croutons, and the fact that it's easy to make and no eggs needed! Next time I'll double it and make it last longer in the frij. You really did perfect it! In fact, I feel like a nice Caesar salad right now!

Killer croutons! I've been making homemade caesar for years but what intrigued me about this recipe was that it had no eggs. She did preface her recipe on today's show saying caesar dressing is very personal. After I taste tested it I found that I do prefer more garlic and less mustard. Easily remedied by adding more garlic, anchovy and olive oil. The parmesean added a nice texure to the dressing. Since I ended up with more dressing, it should hold for a few days since there is no egg in it.

The croutons were so good. I normally would crush the garlic but it would burn pan frying so I went with it. They do as she said have a crunchy outside and slightly chewy inside. A different way to view a crouton but in a good way! I have braces so it was nice not to have to worry about breaking any brackets, hard sourdough croutons are an no no. Will make the croutons again, but stick with my traditional caesar recipe.
