This was an awesome recipe! I did read a lot of reviews saying it was bland so I adjusted it to my taste. I agree with a reviewer who said just add more salt, pepper, Parmesan, etc. to taste. I added Italian seasoning to the chicken while browning and was generous with the salt and pepper. My other add ins were chopped shallots with the garlic (6 cloves, about a 1/2 cup of starchy pasta cooking water at the end to bind the sauce a bit ,and some crushed red pepper flakes. Squeezed half a lemon in there too because I love lemon with spinach. The shaved Parmesan pieces are a must for flavor and presentation. I love how this made a lot so we have lunch for tomorrow. This is the first of Ree's recipes I've tried and it wont be the last! Beautiful, easy, delicious dish! Thank you !

We thought this was fabulous! It was so easy to make and looked so appealing... Didn't use the white wine cause the family doesn't like it - just added more chicken broth... Also threw in half a block of cream cheese that I needed to use up, and tossed the parmesan cheese with the whole dish rather than just putting it on top. It was sooo good and the fam definitely wants me to make it again!

Great simple recipe, taste is wonderful, and the presentation of colors due to the tomatoes is great.

We thought this was very good. We very much enjoyed it. We added some mozzarella cheese just because we felt it needed some gooey cheese. Will make again.

I made this recipe and when I first tasted a sample I thought it was eh. I put it away for our dinner the next day. The next day it tasted way better, actually it was awesome! Not sure if it was because all the flavors sat together, or if it was because I put the cheese shreds on top like Ree did, but it was just so good. I am making it again tomorrow, I am omitting the chicken, just hope it has the same flavor without it.

First of all....it took longer than 11 minutes to make...but it was still good.
I followed the advice of some others and dredged the chicken in a flour, salt, pepper, & garlic powder mixture first so the sauce would be thicker. GREAT ADVICE! Secondly, I'm not a huge fan of grape tomatoes, but used them anyway. I probably won't use them again since I just don't like them...but for those that do, go for it.
Additionally, the recipe as written is WAY TOO MUCH for our family of three. I should have realized it would be. Next time, I'm definately cutting the recipe down by at least half.
Other than that....decent flavors, easy to make, and I'd make it again....only next time, allowing more time due to the fact that as I stated earlier....it took longer than 15 minutes from start to finish...that's for sure!
