Very simple and tasty work night dinner. I upped the garlic, since I read the pasta was bland to some. I also added a little bit of red pepper flakes. Once the sauce had reduced, I added the halved tomatoes, so they'd cook just a bit more. Leftovers were good for lunch the next day. Total cooking time was closer to 40 minutes, if you include the dinner prep. A keeper recipe.

I used chicken breast tenders and about a pound. I did add more parm cheese to give it more flavor. You could put anything in this dish that appealed to you for more flavor or texture. I LOVE Ree Drummond's show!! She's Days Gone By! and...the easiest recipes.

This is very good and very easy to make. I would add some red pepper flakes and some Italian seasoning next time as it is a little bland. The skies the limit with adding different vegetables. I think shrimp might be good in this during lent. Will make this again.

Have to remember to always cut her recipes in half. This is the 2nd one I made that made a lot of food.

I found this dish has absolutely no taste. Easy and quick but definitely not good.

Used 4 HALF chicken breasts, added a chopped shallot and 2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. This makes a HUGE pan full of food!
