The rataing for this recipe is '10" stars tp me. What an awesome way to make chicken fried steak. All other recipes can't hold a candle to this one. And, the gravy is outstanding.

I have to say this was the first time I've ever made this dish and really loved it...took the advice and used chicken broth along with the milk to make the dish...the only thing I must say is that it was a little too salty..I think I will leave the salt out on first step with the meat before you put it in the flour mixture...with the seasoned salt in both the flour mixture and I used the leftover flour for the gravy to add...it was just a little too much...I must say too that a lot of clean up in the kitchen afterwards but it was well worth it!

Just like mom use to make for dad after a long day at work. Still a family favorite but made in moderation.

So delicious! My three kids (ages 9, 4, and 2 loved it...even the gravy. I made mine with cubed pork steak and it was a crowd pleaser.
