Made this last night for my birthday dinner and it was awesome. I loved it.
It is a very simple recipie, the hardest part is the chopping of the garlic and onions. Used a sweet onion and this was just outstanding.
Looking forward to getting to meet Mrs Ree in April in Seattle.

This recipe is delicious - the whole family loved it! I used 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper. The only other change I made was to use dried parsley instead of fresh but that's a personal preference. The whole thing was awesome. I will definitely make this again.

Like other people have said I wish i would have breaded the chicken in Panko crumbs to give the breading just a little more flavor. But nonetheless, my plate was clean!

I would rate this higher than 5 *'s. I made this last evening and my husband said at least three times, "this one is a keeper, absoutely delicious" I used red wine (a little over a cup, it won't hurt, right!. This dish is just full of flavor, I was short one can of the tomatoes so I used a good quality jarred marinara sauce. I can't wait to have some left overs tonight and this will be a repeat in our kitchen, thanks Ree, love your show, wish it were on more often. Darlynn in "GEORGIA"

I liked this quite a lot. I wanted to do the second breading with panko and parm, but ran out of time. I used whole wheat pasta. I reduced the oil and drained mpst before making the sauce. The sauce was good for how simple it all was. Family loved, leftovers delish.

The chicken in this came out so tender. The recipe didn't specify extra virgin olive oil, but that's what I have. The fruitiness of the olive oil came through beautifully. The chicken was fork tender. My wife agrees that this is better than the chicken parmesan we had at Olive Garden last week.

Not so easy for me. Didn't get my chicken pounded thin enough so I put it in a 350 oven while the sauce was thickening. Chicken wound up a bit dry. Flavors were pretty good---I did add extra seasonings to the flour used to coat the chicken. Fresh basil really makes a different. Will keep trying your recipes!
