This a very good recipe, but is made better by seasoning the flour and dipping the chicken into panko breadcrumbs. My husband made this for us and used some San Marzano tomatoes we had gotten to try. It made for an out of this world treat!

Omg this was amazing. I have never made fresh sauce before. I have never eaten chicken Parm before cause it just didn't look appealing. I loved it and my husband raved about the sauce. Gave it a 9 out of 10 only cause he sad there s always room for improvement. Can't wait to try your other recipes. Yum.

This is a WONDERFUL recipe. Easy to make. My daughter and I saw the episode on Food Network on Saturday morning and fixed it for dinner Saturday night. Everyone, including 2 small children, loved it. Will definitely try this again as will my daughter. We wouldn't change a thing.

This was a great dinner. I am going to use the base sauce in the future.
I baked the chicken in the oven and let the cheese crisp. Very satisfying comfort food.

I originally saw this recipe in the Sunday Parade on February 26. Imagine my surprise when the following week she made this recipe on her show. I made this over the weekend, and it was a HIT with my husband. I seasoned my flour very, very well and I am glad I did. It really made a difference in the taste. My theory was that flour with no seasonings is just too bland. I couldn't really tell you what my measurements were, but when Ree said "season to taste"...I seasoned to taste.
I love this show! And I am loving the recipes! Keep 'em coming...

Very easy dish and very delicious. However as usual I added some things to add more flavor. I never just dredge my meat in flour. I use flour mixed in with various seasonings. Just dredging in flour does not add any flavor to the chicken. You have to season chicken to give it flavor.

While I also liked the sauce, the chicken was disappointing. It lacked flavor. I would suggest using Italian styled bread crumbs in lieu of a flour only dredge.

This was such an easy and delicious meal to make for dinner. The sauce came out PERFECT! I used 2 onions and it came out very flavorful. I think next time I'm gonna use some panko bread crumbs just to add some more crunch to the chicken. This is a great meal to have on a cold night. Definitely going to make this again!

My husband is a very picky eater and he LOVED this meal - I predict it will become a new staple in our home!! I seasoned the sauce with some extra basil (dried and it was absolutely wonderful! I'm a beginning cook so meals like this are great to come by - EASY and DELICIOUS! :
