Fabulous taste and very easy. I bought the mild taco seasoning packet and it tasted great. I have made these twice and also added sliced black olives. We served with light sour cream on the side. Try this one.

Very quick and easy to prepare. Big on flavor as well. My supermarket had packets of quesadilla seasoning so I used that instead of taco seasoning. Substituted mushrooms for the bell pepper. Sprinkled on some chopped cilantro and a drizzle of taco sauce before adding the second layer of cheese. I avoided the undercooked meat issue that many seem to have had by placing the chicken between two pieces of wax paper and pounding it out into a thinner, more even thickness.

I have made these 3 times in the past week. They are so quick and easy to prep, assemble and cook. As for taste, in a word, delicious! The whole family loved them, even my picky eater! It's because of my picky eater that I have made them so many times, he requested them again and again. I am thrilled to have a recipe that is so quick and easy to make that satisfies the whole family without any complaints and no one goes hungry. Thanks, Ree!

These are so easy to make and are wonderful. The only thing I did different the second time around is I sliced the chicken into pieces and sprinkled the taco seasoning as recipe calls for. They cooked up much faster. Very filling too.

This is going to be one of my new go-to meals. It was very simple to make and the flavors are outstanding! I halved the recipe and it fed four! I butterflied my chicken breast (only needed one which made for much faster cooking! My husband absolutely loved this! Thanks again Ree for another wonderful dish.

Adding the taco seasoning is genius - they've taken my quesadillas to a whole new level.
In Hawaii, we also add a little bit of chili pepper water AND papayas to our pico de gallo - so yummy!

Very good but they don't take 16 minutes to make unless you have someone else cut up the vegetables and prepare the chicken for you! I used smaller pieces of chicken to make sure that they cooked all the way. The recipe made a total of 4 large quesadillas.

love this one. had to tweak ite a little because of not having some of the ingredients but it was still so good. qick and easy and my hubby loved it :
