Kids and husband loved this one. Took a bit longer than 16 min if you don't have all the veggies cut and ready to go. Challenging to flip the whole tortilla, will probably do halves next time for easier flipping. Great weeknight meal.

I love this recipe. Easy to make and taste so yummy. I have a quesadilla maker so, I did not cook them on the stove in the butter.

Loved the quesadillas. I butterflied 2 chicken breasts so they were thinner and cooks faster. I also used a homemade taco seasoning. I didn't use the peppers and onions this time. Nor did I use any butter to cook the quesadillas. Just heated the electric griddle to 400 degrees and cooked them up.

Excellent...just finished cooking and eating this dish. I served with a pineapple salsa (wanted that savory and sweet thing it was great. Thanks Ree, I enjoy watching you every weekend and now my husband is watching too - he actually suggested having this for dinner tonight (since he was working overtime and I need a quick drop off meal for him, the kids loved it as well. Thanks again. :O

Definitely not a 16 minute meal, but so very good. Adjusted since only making for two people. Like other reviewers chicken was not cooked thru so sliced and put back in pan for a couple of minutes. This will be a go too for us. Thanks Ree love this recipe. Used cajun spice seasoning I had made and it was really good.

This was good, but definitely not a 16 minute meal! Very misleading!

Quick & easy for one of my budding cooks at home to make. We just made one very large chicken breast for the 3 of us (almost a pound... and adjusted veggies by 1/2...& used a homemade taco spice mix. This made 4 small sized quesadillas... I chopped the chicken & veggies smaller because of the size of the tortillas we had on hand... It took longer than 16 min with all the chopping... and the chicken wasn't quite done... so we chopped it & threw it back in the pan & covered for another 5 min or so. Used pepper jack cheese for extra zip. Just like fajitas... except in quesadilla format. I would have never thought of that!

OK...so maybe I need practice with the tortilla's on the grill, but OMG! YUMMY! I made enough, so I thought, to take leftovers to work the next day and when I opened the frig...there was none to be found!! I'm thinking this was certainly a winner in my household! Simply delicious!
