I made the chicken quesadillas for Super Bowl Sunday with a pot of chili and other delicious food. The chicken quesadillas were fabulous! I made them exactly as the recipe read. Love Ree Drummond - the show is great and I love the basset hounds and the newest addition to the family.

These were very tasty, but my chicken was not done. So cubed it up & sauted for 5 minutes more in the pan. Hubby loved it & he is not a fan of chicken breast. will definitely make again !!!!

Very tasty. Made for Super Bowl dinner. Definetly use the Pico di Gallo with it. Although, not a 16 minute meal. Prep and cooking makes is a 40 minute meal. Still very good.

Just made these for lunch... LOVE the "taco seasoning straight on the meat" trick. Loved them but thought something was missing, then I figured it out, needs some zip. I think next time I'll squeeze some fresh lime over the chopped chicken before putting the meat on the cheese. Also, I'm gluten free so I used corn tortillas... yum! Just be sure to oil them first.

The taco season was a great addition to making a chicken quesadillas. I fried onions in the same pan after the chicken was done and they picked up a nice flavor from the seasoned chicken. I did not use peppers. I added some pickled onions onto the quesadillas but that's just me.

Very tasty. I too watched the program along with my husband. He said, "Let's try those for dinner." Easy and quick, we definitely will enjoy these again, and oh the possibilities.

I watched her make it on today's episode and I made it for dinner tonight.....delicious! I will make again, only more the next time.
