First off, Ree...my family and I love waking up Saturday mornings to watch your show! This is one of our favorite recipes from you. Whenever I say I'm making the "Pioneer Woman Spaghetti" I get a lot of cheerful responses! So easy to make too! I didn't have the bell peppers but I did have a jar of roasted bell peppers and it was still very good.

Delicious! I followed the recipe except I used all of the chicken which was more like 4 cups. I cooked half and froze the other half to cook at a later time. We love this and it is so easy.

I really enjoyed this recipe. I realized halfway through that I was missing the green pepper so I put in a poblano instead which worked perfectly. Since there's only 2 of us, I split the recipe into two 8 by 8 pans and froze one. I can't wait to have leftovers all week!

My husband and I made this for dinner last night, along with the salad featured on the show! They were both awesome. This makes a large quantity to we will be eating it again. Next time, I think we will freeze 1/2 for later. Would be great to take to a potluck dinner. Thank you!

Dear REE , This receipt is one of the best I have ever cooked. It was great although I used 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup instead of two. I put it together while watching your show . Very simple and fast. I would recommend it for everyone on a budget. I have enjoyed it several times as it keep well in the frig.

Just caught this show and thought "Hey that's what I can do with that left over chicken I have"! Used it as the base recipe and ran with what I had on hand. I did saute the vegies, including garlic and used cream of chicken soup (my preferance. I had a good amount of chicken gravy left so used that instead of stock. Thanks for the inspiration.

So easy and so awesome!! I made this dish for my family and it was a big hit. I love this show and the dishes are so easy and satisfying!
