Addicting! And the leftovers were even better. I did double the veggies, which I sauteed first, whole wheat pasta and heart healthy soup to bump up the nutritional value. I've used different cheeses, and all tastes great. This is perfectly spicy, creamy and impossibly simple!

I had this at a friend's house and asked for the recipe. When I saw this on "The Pioneer Woman" I knew that it was good. I love Ree. She seems so down to earth.

Mmmmmmm...Yummy for my Tummy! This recipe is simply awesome and so easy to make. I use wheat spaghetti in mine for a more healthier version. This would be a great potluck dish in addition to being a must have dish in my house.

Very good recipe! Used smoked turkey from Christmas dinner. Substituted a mixture of mild cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese and a mixture of whole grain and regular spaghetti noodles because that is what I had on hand. Very easy to make.

Ree, I think you own the Southern Living Five Star Recipes Cook Book - lol. Another fantastic recipe with slight variations from this 1997 publication. Toasted almonds on top, half and half in the mix and you have Creamy Chicken Tetrazzini.

Awesome recipe, and easy to make. I fed myself along with 4 hungry hunters that had no intention of staying for supper until they smelled what was cooking! They loved it, and even their wives called me for the recipe. Especially like how you can mix it up using different ingredients. Thanks Ree!

Huge hit! Had to make dinner for four AND bring a dish to a potluck. Made in two separate 8x8 casserole dishes. Changes/additions: 1 full cup of diced green pepper. 1 full cup of diced sweet onion. 1 4oz jar of pimentos drained, instead of the red pepper, which is how Ree makes it on her Pioneer Woman website. 3 cloves of garlic minced. Sauteed the pepper, onion, pimento and garlic in 2 tbls of butter until tender. In addition to the cayenne, I added a can of diced tomatoes with green chilies drained. It gave it a nice little touch of heat without overpowering the dish. Too lazy to boil a chicken, so I used a rotisserie chicken instead, and lower sodium chicken broth. I also used 1 can of Cream of Mushroom and 1 can of Cream of Chicken and Mushroom. Next time I will add an additional cup of chicken, sauteed sliced portabella mushrooms, use these if you want to make a vegetarian version, and maybe peas too. It's a very flexible dish and a real crowd pleaser!
