Ree, Thank you sooooo much for sharing this recipe. I've searched for this for a long time yet no one would share. This has become one of my favorite casseroles to make. The first time i followed your recipe, however the next time i made it i added sauteed mushrooms and used orange.red, and green bell peppers. Then i added panko breadcrumbs on top at another time. It has been a hit each and every time. I love the way you cook and have to say that i am a big fan of yours!!!! Thank you again!!!

This is a very easy recipe to follow, my whole family liked it,even the picky eaters. Give yourself extra time to boil chicken and let cool before taking meat off bone.My butcher was nice enough to cut up a whole chicken into eight pieces for me, much easier to shred that way. I salted the boiling water for the chicken to flavor the chicken as well as the noodles that you cook in that water. I followed the rest of the recipe as written, except for I added crispy bread crumbs to the top layer. This was just a great added texture. A must try recipe!

Great recipe! It did take a bit of time, but it was worth making. I made a few changes, just based on personal preference. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I put a bit of white wine in the sauce, and I omitted the peppers, which I will put in next time. This recipe makes a ton of food so I will be having it today and probably tomorrow for lunch as well. I can see where this recipe would be very adaptable to different ingredients, depending on what you have on hand. Love Ree's recipes!

This is excellent!!!! I cut it in half, and left out the bell peppers. I also substituted 1/4 cup of the chicken broth with white wine, and used spiral noodles instead of spaghetti. Yummy!!!!!!

I was looking for a good recipe for chicken spaghetti and this one is the best. I tried it and my family loved it. It's well worth the effort to make. GOOD!!! It does make a lot, so I'll probably cut it in half the next time I make it.
