This was a great recipe. Boiling, cooling and pulling the chicken off of the bones can be a bit time consuming but well worth it. I prepped it and bake it one night and then served it the next. I used vermicelli but I think that I will cut back the amount I use next time maybe to 3/4 lbs and see how that is. My husband says it's a keeper!

When you featured this on your show, i just had to try it. It looked so yummy. I followed your recipe to the T, and it came out SO GOOD. EVERYONE loved it! I'm going to make it again for my husband's work potluck. I know they'll enjoy it too. I'm keeping a little bit for myself to take for lunch tomorrow too! Thanks for the great recipes!

OMG my husband loved it and I was pleased because I love spaghetti but he doesn't like it as much because with tomato sauce it bothers his acid reflux. With this recipe we both can be satisfied and he was disappointed when he wanted more the next day for leftovers but I had already frozen them in individual rocknserves for later. Will make again. Oh and I used frozen chicken breasts instead of a whole chicken and it was fine. In the future I will make again and not change a thing since it was a hit the first time!

Loved this! My husband and daughter are anti mushroom, so I used cream of chicken soup instead. The flavor was so great, the peppers really made it for me!

I recently tried this recipe and shared it with a few of my friends on dorm and we all agreed that it was excellent!!! I never ate cream of mushroom soup in my life and I was a little concerned about it and to my relief it was not an issue!! The next time I make this recipe I will try it with seafood because I absolutely love seafood.

I made this for my family and we all loved it! I used a red, yellow, and green bell pepper as well as red onion for more color and it was great! I made a half recipe and that was still plenty for our family of 5 PLUS lots of leftovers so just keep that in mind if you're making it for less people. Great recipe, definitely in the rotation!

Loved this! Added about a 1/4 cup of green olves that I cut in half, really added another nice dimension to the flavors. Give it a try, I think you'll like it if you like olives.
