    Hi Ree, I'm making these wonderful Ice Cream Cookie Sandwhiches for my daughter's birthday today. she turns 15. amazing how they grow so quick. and I have to say that Chocolate Chip cookies are her favorite. but, these are perfect. they come out of the oven perfectly round and delicious. Perfect for her Cowgirl's birthday, These will be a regular in our home. Thanks for sharing and just in time for today! :

    I love this! Who would have thought of adding flax seed and millet??? Great idea though. Please, add a picture of each dish so they can be pinned!
