I recently made this casserole for a brunch. I guess it was fantastic. It was gone before I had a chance to try it but everyone raved about it!

Soooo Good!! I watched Ree make this on her show and made it that very morning. I had house guests staying with me and they had talked about going out for Sunday brunch. We stayed in and made this instead. This cinnamon baked French toast is better than anything at a brunch buffet! It is so easy and decadent. A great way to use up old bread. The only thing I changed is I add chia seeds to up the nutrition. I make this recipe regularly now. And leftovers are good, too.

I have made this multiple times. Never any leftovers. I wouldn't change a thing.

We made this for Easter and it was a huge hit! This is the easiest recipe ever and it tastes fantastic. I used a crusty day old loaf of French bread and it turned out perfectly.

Wonderful!!! I No need to tween the French toast part...it works so no need to mess w/success.The topping is perfect too.But to that I add 3 to 4 T of chopped walnuts( or so and a few T of oats. It adds a bit more crunch and both are very heart healthy, while still tasting like dessert. This recipe is a keeper. Just be sure to use rustic BAKERY type bread...NOT PRESLICED type. .SOUR dough really is the BEST CHOICE....But rustic Artisan unsliced whole wheat is every bit as good.

This was so easy to prepare and tasted scrumptious. Just the right amount of sweet. We have 5 kids and they all loved it and can't wait to eat it again!

My kids loved this. So easy to prepare and have ready for Sunday morning. Used Almond Milk and creamer and kids couldn't notice any difference. Great recipe.
