Well, they are done!!!! They came out SPECTACULAR!!!! I cut the recipe in half just in case they didn't come out right, I wouldn't have felt 'quite' as bad (messing up a lot of ingredients, but they are so moist...and gooey good!!! I must have really wanted to try my hand at these (since I saw you make them on your Christmas show because i didn't start until 8pm & finished up around Midnight!!!!! So, you know, Ree.... I thank you for the inspiration...I am a baker by trade, but this was my very first time making HOMEMADE CINNAMON ROLLS & they are great!!! By the way, I'm not a big maple flavored person, so I made a batch of homemade cream cheese icing for mine! Thanks again, Ree.....will do these again (when I have the time! :

I loved loved loved them!!!! U gave me such a great idea that i passed them out on Christmas day also. Everyone just loved them. I just wanted to take this chance to let u know that I used many of ur recipes for our family Christmas Dinner. It was all a hit and my children are insisting that they become family traditions. Thank u for coming out with real home cooking recipes that my family can enjoy! You always give me great ideas and twists on old family recipes. Thanks a Bunch!!!

Has anyone tried to freeze these? Do you freeze prior to or after rising in the pan? Since there are only two of us I'd like to make ahead for the weekends.

These are the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had! The coffee maple glaze is soooo delicious. I'm hooked - thanks so much for sharing this. I have a new, and delicious, staple.

Food Network, what is wrong with your ratings system? The average rating for this recipe should be 4.32, not 5. I found these rolls to be heavy, greasy, and a waste of my time (and money. We soldiered through the first pan and threw out the rest. Yuck.

These rolls were awesome! I cut the recipe in half and it worked perfectly, so I'm not sure why some of the other reviewers had problems with the texture, etc. I did cut the rolls slightly larger than the 1/2 inch recommened in Ree's recipe which could account for the larger rise to the rolls. The icing was wonderful, too, and I will definitely make this recipe again.

This was so easy to make. I have been making Cinnamon buns for Christmas for years. Way too much work. This recipe was very easy. I made the dough two days before and made the buns on Christmas morning. Will make these cinnamon buns for now on.
Thanks Ree, I have loved all your recipes.
