I can honestly say that I heard such amazing things about these cinnamon rolls, that I just had to try them.... Nothing at all what I was expecting. The taste and texture was just off somehow. I followed everything exactly and am wondering how all of the other reviews had such a perfect turn out? Will be sticking to my Alton Brown recipe...

I made these cinn. rolls on Christmas Eve! WOW!! Super great! I had my adult children and grandkids over for Eggs Benedict and cinn. rolls. They were such a hit. Now they want them every year! I sent the pics of them , to my friends, via my cell phone and I had a great response also! Very easy and soooooo yummy! I love the show, keep em comin!

Sorry to say that the rolls turned out terrible. They were dense and tasted oily. I cut the recipe in half and measured exact. Rolls are supposed to raise high and be light and fluffy. But looking at Ree's picture of her rolls, hers didn't even raise above the rim of the pan??? I do love the show and will continue to watch.

This yeast dough is the very best I have EVER worked with AND it was the easiest I have ever made. No need for kneading or using my bread hook. Amazing. It is truly terrific! Try it. I would not make the maple frosting again and will use a plain vanilla one--but working with the dough was magic! It will become my go-to roll recipe. They were great gifts and freeze beautifully.

These rolls were absolutely tongue slap your brains out delicious. I was a little hesitant to add the coffee and maple extract. I made a last minute trip to the store on Christmas Eve for the extract and was so incredibly grateful that I did. My family devoured them and I was still able to share them with friends.

This recipe is a disappointment. Without a doubt, the worst cinnamon rolls I've made. Not only does the dough taste "off," they're doughy in the middle; probably from too much butter.

This is a keeper! I made this Christmas morning and they were eaten up in a hurry! Easy to follow recipe and I like the idea that you can make the dough ahead of time and store in refrigerator for 3 days. The maple frosting is perfect!

These are absolutely divine. They are a bit time consuming, but are so much fun and easy to make. I baked them the night before, stuck them in the fridge, and just put them in a 250 degree oven for about 15 minutes to warm them up (which is a tip Ree gives in her cookbook! Anyways, I HIGHLY recommend giving this recipe a try! You won't be dissapointed!

I had so much fun making these yesterday. I packaged them up beautifully for Christmas gifts and no one could wait for the morning to come. A big hit! I plan to make these for Christmas every year going forward. A new tradition. Thank you for sharing! Merry Christmas!
