    I absolutely loved these wings! I have been making wings for over 20 years and these are by far the best. I made the sauce a day ahead and refrigerated it, then ran it through my Magic Bullet to smooth it out a little. I used 5-Pepper blend in place of the red pepper flakes and replaced the assorted peppers with Sambal Oelek chili paste because that's what I had on hand. I will definitely make these again! Thanks for a great recipe!
