Absolutely amazing taste! Like Ree, I have hungry cowboys to feed and this was a hit, even with my husband who swears he doesn't like sausage in his dressing. I used Ciabatta and French mix because I'm not a fan of cornbread in my dressing, but that was the only change. Roasting the mushrooms made all the difference. Don't skip that step.

Made this today for Thanksgiving. Could not stop eating it (nor could my sister, sister-in-law mom or nieces ....not sure that it will make it to tomorrow! It is that good. Very taste and all the flavors blend perfectly, savory with a hit of sweet.
