Made these with little yukon gold potatos and they were great! when they were down I put a little sour cream on them. So easy and so good, if you haven't tried these it is a must. There are very few receipes of Ree's that are not five stars. Thanks for sharing all your great receipes Ree!

This is a new family favorite! I make this 2x per week ... easy, delicious, kids love it and a great trick ... make them Fri or Sat night and keep leftovers to turn into fantastic hash browns the next day! With eggs and toast ... killer! Thanks Ree!

Had people over for dinner, made more than enough, not one left and everyone wanted the recipe. So easy, so good, so many variations possible. Thanks Ree.

They just fell apart. I didn't even boil them for very long. They were still good.

These are easy, yummy and fun to eat! Made 1/2 as recipe states and topped the other 1/2 with shredded cheddar cheese. My husband, 7 year old son and I preferred the cheesy ones. They go perfectly well with the patty melts and quick marinated tomato salad from the episode!

Unfortunately, these are just roasted potatoes with the extra steps of boiling the potatoes and mashing each one to look like a crushed potato. I boiled mine for 15 min. and they were a touch over done, they kind of fell apart when I mashed them. They needed a little more flavor. Anyway, they really just taste like a roasted potato.
