Amazing! These mashed potatoes aren't for the faint of heart. They are rich and creamy and delicious. Super easy recipe! I made them for Thanksgiving dinner and they were a hit. I will definitely be making them again!

Wow! So that's how restaurants get the mashed potatoes so CREAMY!!! Can't even taste the cream cheese. I made them the day before and they reheated perfectly in the oven.

Challenged with the task of making mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving Dinner to travel with for 24 hours, I decided to take on Ree's recipe. Concerned that I would make gum with the addition of cream cheese, I followed the the recipe exactly. Mashed not whipped. They are the best. Flavorful and Creamy. My new go to for Mashed Potatoes

These are absolutely delicious! We made them for a pre-Thanksgiving dinner for family, many of whom do NOT like cream cheese. No one had a clue it was in the potatoes, but everyone commented on how creamy they were! A winning recipe for sure!

Amazing mashed potatoes! I have made these potatoes more than a dozen times, my husband requests them weekly! They have replaced the old boring mashed potato recipe.

I don't normally care for mashed potatoes but these are delicious! I fixed them along with her Pork Loin with Cranberry Sauce and they are so good I will replace my usual Thanksgiving mashed potatoes with these.

Delicious! My husband called these "Thanksgiving-worthy." It's just the two of us so we had a lot of leftovers. I made mashed potato waffles the next morning and they were just as yummy (and really easy.

I have fixed this twice now. Once for the family and once for ladies card club, both times it was a hit. Full of flavor, easy and can prepare ahead of time. I would recommend you give this recipe a try......you won't be sorry!!
