I have many great potatoe recipes, however I loved this recipe. When I have a crowd of guest and doing so many things at once I hate trying to whip up my potatoes at the last min. I can make these a head of time and they are creamy and wonderful.I recieved many compliments.

easy to make, super yummy w/ the PW's country fried steak & gravy. would recommend to others and will make again, but wouldn't make everyday w/ the amount of butter that went into it.

I love that you can make these ahead of time and they are delicious and hot when it's time to eat. GREAT with PW's Perfect Pot Roast. I have lightened them up using milk instead of cream (even skim is fine! and fat free cream cheese. Still delicious, but a lot less fat! Another great recipe!

Loved these - they came out great. Used the leftovers for a shepherd pie - YUM!!

We have made these potatoes on several occasions and they are ALWAYS a huge hit! On a side note, try them with Ree's Whiskey Cream Sauce, it's heavenly!!

We took these potatoes for a Christmas dinner we were fortunate enough to be invited to. We made them the day prior and they were wonderful heated up in a crock pot the day of the dinner. We had a few left over, so left them in our frig and had them for 3 separate days following our friends' dinner and they were just as tasty. We love Ree's show and admire all she gets done while being a wonderful wife, mother and blogger.

OMG! I have fallen in love! I've yet to meet a potato I didn't like, but this was love at first bite! These are the absolute best mashed potatoes I've ever had. I've made them 5 times now! They are super creamy and baking them with butter on top just give a little crust. So GOOD!

Absolutely wonderful. It is a great way to make and take Mashed Potatoes. Worked outed peerfectly when I was asked to bring mashed potatoes to our family Thanksgiving. Everyone LOVED them.

My family raved about these at Thanksgiving. They are a combination of country and city folks, but they all know their way around the meat and potatoes. It was fun listening to them try to guess know gave these luscious, creamy potatoes that little something special. Love this recipe!
