The taste was very nice, but we had a lot of difficulty piping, even through the largest star tip. It took a lot of muscle power to pipe.

These were good and I think will be even better next time. The riding and piping is a bit of work. I didn't have a piping bag or star tip so I just used a plastic bag and cut it...they didn't come out as pretty but they did the job. I would use salted butter next time. I also put the oven on broil after 15 min because they weren't browning. They did deflate a littlenwhennintook them out but still delicious!

This was a great side dish.. I am always looking for different ways to prepare potatoes. I tried adding finely grated cheese but it didnt pipe out so well. so I would keep it the way Ms. Ree meant it to be.. :o Thanks!!
