OoohMmmmmmGosh this is so good! Followed the recipe exactly and then piled on the arugula (tossed it first with a hint of homemade balsamic vinaigrette and then on a whim added some toasted pine nuts. Great recipe Ree Drummond. Love your show, too!

I am not a fan of figs but you can't go wrong with a PW recipe so I decided to make this and give it a try. So glad I did. I had to fight my husband for the last piece. Amazing flavor combination! Unexpected bursts of salty and sweet and sharp. It was so good!

The crust is great. I make it in the bread maker, so I am sure to have a warm enough temp. to rise. I usually double it to make pizza for pizza night. (Haven't tried it with the fig jam, yet.

Crust didn't rise much. Other crust recipes I have used call for much more than 1/2 teaspoon of yeast. This produced a dense, dry, card-board-like crust. Also, 8 Tbs of fig jam is a scant amount. The whole pizza was dry and underwhelming. It needs something else.

I made the crust for a pepperoni pizza and it was very good. I used white whole wheat flour which needed a little extra water. I always make my pizzas from scratch and I think this is the best crust recipe I've tried yet.

Definitely a girly pizza. My future husband tried it and didn't like it. I just loved the combination of flavors.

I'm rating this 5 stars because the combination of flavors is absolutely delicious. I used a store bought pizza dough and rolled it out the dimensions the recipe called for, so I cannot really rate the quality of her pizza dough. The other change I made was leave the arugula OUT way out, in the trash can. I like to broaden my horizons but arugula just doesn't work for me. I started putting it over the pizza, and then wondered hmm.. I should try this first. bleh! threw out the bag that was in my hand as well as what I had put over the pizza. Then, I just draped the proscuitto sprinkled the parmesan and threw it in the oven for 3 minutes. We all loved it!

I did this pizza on a premade gluten free crust . . . it was fantastic and a crowd pleaser. The men loved it too, forgot it was gluten free! This is definately a "do over". Love love your show and recipes Ree!!!!
