Love this recipe!! It is a delicious dish!! Ree is absolutely my all time favorite to watch!! But, like the other reviews said, it was too wet. I will definitely cook this again, but, next time I will just add some flour or a box of Jiffy Mix before baking. This recipe is a keeper!! Thanks so much for all your fantastic recipes, Ree!!

I'm giving it a five-star because I added Parmesan cheese to the mix to soak up some of the cream. After baking I sprinkled Parmesan cheese over the top and broiled it to give it a light crust. It was too runny, as is...but the Parmesan cheese addition created a perfect consistency and really added some great flavor.

This was excellent. The only thing I did different was to add a good heaping cup of grated sharp Cheddar and 6 strips of thick cut bacon diced and crisp fried. I think this will be a go to side dish for pork chops.

Corn, peppers and cream. Might as well have taken some frozen corn and poured milk on it and heated in the microwave.

This dish was fantastic.. I made it for two people so I cut it in half. Since I live in the midwest and its winter time, fresh corn is not all that great. I did use fresh corn but I put a pinch of sugar in the dish to sweeten the corn up.. Also, jalapeno pepper did not look good but I used Anaheim pepper instead.. I will definately use this recipe again, I have already shared it with my other family members to try. Thanks for another great dish..

I would have never in a million years thought this recipe would go over as well as it did. It sounded good to me so I thought I would try it for a small dinner party. Even veggie-adverse guests enjoyed it and one of them had 3 helpings. Definitely a new family favorite and one I will be bringing to pot lucks.

Update: The culinary team has removed milk from the ingredient list and reduced the amount of heavy cream to 1 cup.

I made this for a family gathering last summer - It was really good! I followed the recipie except I put it in the crockpot not the oven. I made it in the morning and let it go all day (8 hours or more on low. It was a little runny since the crockpot holds all of the moisture so I made a simple cornstarch slury and stired it in 30 minutes before serving. It was a hit,... there were no leftovers :(
