This side dish absolutely stole the show. It did turn out a little soupy but I just served using a slotted spoon. No problem! The peppers gave it excellent flavor and then how can you go wrong with all of that butter and cream? Next time I'll just add a few more ears of corn because this goes fast!

I adjusted the recipe because of the reviews saying it was soupy, and I needed smaller servings,so I cut the reciepe in half and added a little less cream and milk. It was SOOOOOO GOOD! A new favorite! I'll make this often.

This is yummy! I added chopped zuchini and onion. I left it in the oven 30 min more since it still was a little soupy. But it was very delicious.

I made this for Christmas Eve and my family (which can be a picky bunch LOVED it. I used frozen corn from Aldi and cut back a bit on the red peppers (i think a little of these go a long way AND they render a lot of water. I did use the jalapeno and cut out the veins so it gave a lot of flavor but not heat. It was soooo creamy and rich, and the peppers cut through just enough. I came back on this site to check the recipe so I can make it as a side for Easter dinner (goes great with ham.

I also followed the recipe exactly and it too was soupy. So we added about 1 1/2 cups of plane bread crumbs and put it back into the oven at 400 for 30 minuets and OMG it was AWESOME! Oh so good I could not stop eating.

Followed the recipe exactly and it was so soupy. Even if I adjusted the recipe, I probably will not make it again. All together it just wasn't that good.

I made this recipe for our Christmas dinner last year. I used delicious Indiana corn that I had frozen and the recipe was scrumptious. Everyone raved about it. I did cut back on the jalapenos, since I don't like too much "heat", but it didn't affect how great this recipe is. Will definitely make it again.

This was sooooo delicious. We loved it, now it's a fam fav!!! I made this twice, once using fresh ear corn and it was spot on, then once I made it trying to cut corners and used canned corn, big mistake, you might think not much difference but it really didn't taste very good. So use the fresh ear corn :
