Oh, boy!! Soooo good. Not complicated, easy to find ingredients, feed a crowd, what more could you want? I might add one more jalapeno-we like that little extra burn! Although fresh corn is best, you could use frozen corn, out of season.

My family has a corn recipe, but this one is better. All fresh, all natural. I am not big on hotter peppers (I am a heat wimp so I half the amount she suggests. The red pepper is more prominent but that is OK. I like that you can make it ahead and bake later. I don't like planning parties. This episode made me think that I could actually do this! Thanks Ree!

I love this recipe just the way it is! It is nice to see recipes with whole ingredients and not pseudo food. Real butter and cream, yum! Plenty of food for a large family!

I made this and I found when the corn is sweet, it doesn't need all the extra fat of heavy cream and a full stick of butter. It would be fine with 2% milk, and just a few pats of butter. Much more economical too, for those of us on a budget.
