Just made these muffins and ate one fresh out of the oven! It was pretty good, but I will make a few changes in the future. I only used the 1 1/2 c. orange marmalade and it didn't quite have the strong orange flavor I was hoping for. Next time I'll use the full 2 c. (and maybe switch to a brand better than Smuckers. As for the topping, I wasn't too fond of the salt and amount of nutmeg. I will omit the salt and only use 1/2 tsp. nutmeg in the future. Overall, its a decent recipe and I will definitely make it again!

hello and greetings to all from Canton, Ohio. I realized when checking this recipe and re-watching this episode that Rhee uses brown and white sugar in the topping (1/4c brown and 1/2c white and also she says to stir in 3 beaten eggs...........the recipe calls for 2. I made the recipe using 2 eggs and they seemed to come out fine and actually very tasty. The topping using just white sugar seemed to harden a little here and there. I wanted to try them since I need to bake for something later this week. They are definately a keeper and everyone that tried this first "test" batch really liked them. The blueberry idea is a great one !!!!! Has anyone else noticed these two differences in the recipe and the tv program?????

This was a great recipe, however, I do not like orange marmalade so I used Pulnar Allfruit Apricot Preserves, I added walnuts, and doubled the cinnamon also! I used muffin cups for easy clean up. I made 12 with half the mix and added some blueberries to the other half and made 12 more. AWESOME!! Note, I did not make or use the topping as I don't care for the wheat germ. I baked both batches seperate, about 25 minutes as at 22 minutes they weren't quite done, maybe because of my changes. Thanks Ree for another great recipe!!

These were pretty good, didn't use the wheat germ either and the bottom burned a little and it wasn't 20 minutes yet...but other than that, they were pretty good, I could taste the orange marmalade. I also halfed the recipe.

I always love Ree's recipes, but was hesitant to make these due to a couple of negative reviews. However, I am so glad I made them! They turned out to be very tasty and perfectly textured. I followed the recipe almost exactly- except I only baked them for 19 minutes, and I left the nutmeg and wheat germ out of the topping (didn't have either on hand. I will definitely be making these muffins again, and may try a lemon version as well.

I fixed these for Sunday morning and they turned out wonderful so latter I tried the same receipe with Gluten Free all purpose flour and they looked beautiful but they were not as sweat as the original. I should have used a little more orange marmalade and a little more sugar.

Made these last night and took them to work where people will eat just about anything. They had a kind of funky aftertaste, not sure if it was the marmalade, or the nutmeg in the topping. They did not go over well. I won't make them again. Note: I have tried many recipes from this show, and they were all great.
