Made these easy and fiberlicious granola bars today for my daughter to take back to college with her. She loved them! The reviews were very helpful in that I did use wax paper and the sauce pan tip, on top before I baked the granola bars. Pushing with the saucepan really compacted everything together. Additionally, I was glad I saw Ree bake them on her show a few weeks back, because I probably wouldn't have mixed all the ingredients together with my hands. I also didn't let them totally cool before I cut them, because I think they would have been too hard, and instead of dipping them, I sprinkled them with some chocolate mini-morsels when I pulled them out of the oven, and spread it when they melted. Really great recipe and EASY!!

These are FAB !! My kids loved them and so did I!! A real winner at my house.
I tried them with the chocolate and added peanut butter to the melted choc. Kids REALLY loved them this way. The chocolate was a bit sweet to me so I omitted the chocolate and my kids STILL loved them. I also added cranberries & toasted the wheat germ a bit. The cranberries gave it just a sweet kick.
    Y-U-M...This is a keeper...(and I've tried quite a few recipes!!

These are wonderful! I added coconut instead of the wheat germ because of gluten intolerance.
They did not last long. Love them!!!

These are so wonderful, so yummy and easy to make. Of course, I have rolled oats on the kitchen floor, such a messy cook! My family loves these. I didn't dip the bars in chocolate, will have to try that the next time. Thanks so much for such a delicious and easy recipe!!!

These are so delicious and easy!! Appealing to my daughter because of the chocolate aspect of them, and healthy for her too! She is only 8 and except for the stove and oven steps, she made them on her own. It helped her learn the measures and all of the different ingredients. And the recipe made a huge amount of bars! The trick to them not falling apart is pressure! When I put them on the sheet, I place a piece of wax paper on top pressed down on the mixture with a saucepan! No crumbles! Perfect beautiful, easy to cut bars that did not fall apart! Great recipe!!

Delicious and easy. I have all of the ingredients on hand as well. Mine were pretty crumbly and I wonder if I let the molasses mixture cook for too long?? The crumbles are fine with me though--will make great granola in yogurt, etc. Love you PW.

Great! I used less molasses because I didn't want that strong flavor and they turned out great. I covered my baking pan with foil and sprayed it with an oil spray and they are coming out of the pan perfectly. I am munching on them and I haven't even melted the chocolate yet! I think I will drizzle it over the top instead of dipping the bottoms in it. As I've said before I wish this show was on daily. Love your show Ree!

Delicious. Easy to make. Just let them cool before cutting them. Everyone at work thought they were good even the vegetarians!!! Thank you!

Thought these were great..Make sure they are COOL before you cut them otherwise they will fall apart. I think next time I'll put parchment paper on the bottom of the pan when they bake. I had a hard time getting them off the baking sheet.

Tasty. But instead of dipping the bars in the chocolate, I put Hershey bars on the warm granola and let stand and easy to spread then I let them cool and then cut into the bars.
