    These are awesome - a big hit!! Brought them over to a friends house for the holidays - and I should have made more...wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for sharing!

    I just made these and let them cool (they are for tonight's New Year's Eve party. So my husband tasted one and said it's really good. I will next time use leaner bacon. The amount of bacon grease on the baking sheet is enormous! But glad to see most drained off. I will gladly make these again and try the brown sugar variation and possible the blue cheese. I never would have thought of these, thanks PW!

    Our family loved, loved, loved these! We tried the parmesan and the brown sugar versions. The parmesan were a 5+, but the brown sugar came in a close second. You definitely want to put these on a rack to allow the bacon grease to drip down. (I would also cover my baking sheet with foil the next time to aid in clean up. I also prepared mine next to the sink because it is messy to wrap the bacon around the sweet or savory ingredient. These will be added to our "Family Favorite" recipes.

    Who knew something so simple could be so yummy? These were not greasy at all - just pure bacon goodness! Thanks Ree!

    Only made the parm version today but WOW. Huby called them "Crack" so I know they were a hit. I LOVED them !!! I will def ty the blue cheese and brown sugar versions too !!
    I thought they needed to be a smidge crisper so at the 2 hr point i turned them ( on a rack and did another 30 min at 250* Drained on paper towel These are AMAZIMG !!!

    Absolutely delicious. First time I made them I did half of them with parmesan and the other half with brown sugar. Within 15 minutes there were none left. Most people said they prefered the brown sugar version. The second time I made these I accidentally forgot to use the rack, they still came out great, but the rack prevents the crackers from absorbing the bacon fat so its definitely important to use the rack.

    WOW!!! So unbelievably yummy! I made both with parmesan cheese and brown sugar, and both were fantastic! To cut down on the cook time, I increased the oven temperature to 350 degrees and baked for 40-45 minutes. It worked perfectly. I'm tempted to not take these to my Christmas gathering with my family because I want to eat them all myself! ;

    I made this a week or two ago. They were GREAT. I read the comment about the crackers being greasy...I don't know what the problem was because the batch I made were crisp and not greasy at all. We are making another batch today and my other half is taking them to work tomorrow for Christmas Eve at the fire station. Thanks Bree!

    Yum, Yum, Yum!!! Made both sweet and savory - loved both!! Definitely making more for our family Christmas get together!! I over cooked my first batch but now I know what I'm doing and what they should look / taste like - they were a little crunchy but still sinfully delicious! I hide them in the freezer and treat myself to a snack or 2 or 3 or 4 a day! :
