Made a test batch today for Christmas and oh my gosh they were so good!!! I froze the rest. I saw that after thawing to reheat do it at 375 for 5-10 minutes...is that on a rack like when I baked them?
Will be making another batch for sure!

These are way too rich for this girl's northeastern taste. I ate two a half hour apart and decided to feed the rest to the critters. I'm glad I tried them before I served them to guests.

I made these for an ornament party last night and they were very good. I added a little cayanne pepper to the brown sugar and everyone loved them. I think the reason some reviews said they were soggy was because they used fatty or to thick bacon. I used oscar meyer the thinner type and they cooked faster than recipe called for and were not soggy. Will try the blue cheese next. The parm was ok, just not alot of flavor.

blech! I tried these with parmesan, blue cheese and brown sugar. They were really greasy. My dogs liked them more than my husband and I did,

I made these in prep for a Christmas Party and wanted to see what they tasted like before I committed for the party. Only good thing about these things is the bacon. I used my favorite bacon and 4 different cheeses. The Blu Cheese and Dubliner were ok, Chedder and the Parmesan had hardly any flavor. Bacon gets crispy but you end up with a fat soaked cracker. Wife and I tried different dips and nothing made these any better.

YUMMY! I was afraid to try this recipe because of some of the reviews, but I'm glad I did! These were so good! One review said they need turned over, If you bake them on a rack you shouldn't have to turn them over. I cooked mine on a rack (I didn't turn over and the bottom was as crisp as the top. I will make these Christmas Eve! Thanks Ree, love your show!

Uniquely weird. The sweet version she made on the show with the brown sugar were ok. Will not make again.

These were AMAZING! I had to make myself stop eating them. On a side note, they made the house smell great for 2 hours!!!
