It helps to have an extra set of hands to make these so you don't have to handle them twice. They come out of the oven a little soft but firm up as they cool. The best way to reheat them is bake them at 375 for about 5-10 minutes until the bacon gets hot. Both the brown sugar and cheese ones taste good.

These are SO good! For those who want to know how to reheat, etc., here is what Ree posted on her website back in 2007.

"And the great thing about these is, you can make them way ahead of time, then store them in a large Ziploc in the freezer. Then, when you’re ready to serve them, just thaw and warm in the oven for about 10 minutes"

We made both the parm and the brown sugar. Our choice for the holiday season is the Brown Sugar. However...I think it would be fun to have the parm crackers with a Cesar Salad for an elegant approach. My house smells amazing and all 24 crackers are long gone!

I absolutely love these! We made the brown sugar and the parmesan ones. We can't wait to serve them at Christmas. Yummy and addictive!

Made these yesterday for a Christmas party and they were a hit!! My only suggestion is to flip these over half way through so the underside looks as good as the top.

These were a big hit at a holiday party. I used maple bacon with the Parmesan cheese and served with fig jam on the side. Great pairing!

Very good but I also don't know how to reheat.

I just made these! Awesome! Have to use a rack over the cookie pan so they do not sit in the grease - but I tried the brown sugar and Parmesan cheese ones! I also tried to make some with rolos - since we love the chocolate / bacon flavor! Those were awesome...the chocolate ones seemed to be the biggest hit - but they were all good. I want to try them with cheddar and blue cheese or feta! yum!

They are terrific; but, I've frozen most of them to serve later. No reheating instructions or tips?
