Very good! Instead of chipotles I used habaneros - sautéed them in the first step with the onion. Definately a make again!

Recently tried this recipe for a pork tenderloin I was preparing. I didn't have molasses or fresh chipotle peppers on hand, but used Karo syrup and chipotle powder instead. It was a great sweet and spicy sauce that the whole family loved. I will try it again soon with the molasses. Easy and simple to prepare.

Awesome. With the reduction of heat from chipotle.

This sauce is very good! I only had about two tablespoons of chipotle peppers and I am glad of the fact, lol, the sauce was warm, but that is good. I will use this sauce again, maybe reducing the sugar a bit. Just a personal preference. Thanks Ree for another great recipe!

Fantastic homemade BBQ recipe. I used Local Folks Foods Ketchup and since I didn't have an onion, I used chives from garden. I also added some honey and left out the Worcestershire. It's spicy And sweet, just how I like it. Great recipe to play with and make your own.

This recipe was very easy to make, and I liked seeing that there were onions in it. I didn't enjoy the overpowering molasses flavor, and the general the flavor was mediocre. I prefer the Neely's barbecue sauce recipe, and I wouldn't want to make this again.

Love this sauce! Terrific on chicken - I used it as a last minute base for salad dressing and was pleasantly surprised...
