I loved this dressing. I don't buy commercial salad dressing anymore with all the junk ingredients they put in them, so this is a good one to add to my collection of salad dressings.

Excellent! One of the best recipes I have tried and I've tried many: I used half the vinegar another poster recommended less and it worked great:

Oh man was this good!! I just ate the last of mine with raw snap peas. I gave a sample to my daughter yesterday and she came back today to have me make another batch for her. I followed the recipe exactly. Yummmmmm!

Thank you for this recipe. That was the best tasting ranch ever! Today I made a salad bar and thanks to that delicious ranch, my kids ate ALL their vegetables. The fresh garlic, the touch of hot sauce and cayenne (I used ancho powder because I am allergic to cayenne gave it just the perfect kick!!! I will eventually make all the recipes in yesterday's show, I thought they all looked delicious.

I never really found anyone who could make Ranch dressing better than the Hidden Valley Envelopes sad to say....until now. Where did this lady come from? Her ranch dressing is hands down amazing! I saw a show for the first time the other day and checked out some of her recipes when I found and tried this one. I think it was nice on her video that she is humble enough to say to alter it to your tastes. Don't be so humble, Ree. It is a perfect recipe and you know it!

Maybe it's just me or I didn't do something properly, but it really didn't taste that great. To me, the flavors didn't combined very well. I can taste the dill and chives individually. :-( I'm going to hunt for another recipe.
