Ree's Macaroni and Cheese is now my entire family's favorite mac n' cheese. That is not easy with 8 of us, 6 very different kids with varying likes and dislikes. Had just enough left over for 2 kids' lunches and they shared and now I'm instructed to make it again Oh, and I followed the recipe to the letter.

Very easy to make. Looked really creamy and cheesy while mixing it, but ended up being dry and didn't have much taste. Added cracker crumbs and melted butter to top of casserole. Would all more seasoning next time.

I have been looking for a simple and delicious mac and cheese recipe and this is it! I used sharp cheddar and monterey jack cheese.

This is the first time I've made mac and cheese and it came out pretty good. The sauce was really thin until I added the egg and then it got super thick fast. It got even thicker after adding the cheese to the point that it was almost unspreadable. I used a mixture of Quattro Fromaggio, cheddar and jack. I should have thinned it out with more milk. So I did not bake it, just served it with crumbled bacon garnish which really added to the flavor. My resident picky eater liked it and I will make again.

My five year old son said it was a five star. It was easy to make and everyone enjoyed it.
