    I really liked this and I am not a big mac n cheese fan. I didn't bake it because I ran out of time. Both my daughter and husband disliked it immediately. I used extra sharp because we all like sharp cheese. once refrigerated and then re-heated, they like it better. They do want me to try it again using just sharp cheddar. I'll try that and bake it as well.

    REDUCE CALORIES AND FAT - I MADE THIS STRAIGHT BY RECEIPE - IT WAS GREAT. I AM TRYING TO EAT HEATHLIER SO I REWORKED THE RECEIPIE. I USED 2% CHEESE, WHEAT PASTA, HEALTHY MUSHCROOM SOUP, AND 2% MILK. IT WAS JUST AS GOOD.

    This receipe is AMAZING!! I have made many many good mac-n-cheese meals and this one by far is the best. Very easy to execute!

    I followed this and I used Colby jack and Vermont cheddar cheese. OMG I love this!!! Even the next day it is still great!!!! For those that complain that its too dry, try drizzling some milk over the top before you bake it!!! This is now a staple recipe in our house!

    Well, I think this has the ability to be good but mine was so overpowered by the dry mustard that my husband couldn't eat it. I think I will try it again but only half of the mustard that is called for.

    I am rating this as four stars because I did make one substitution - mild cheddar for sharp. The texture was OK (I baked mine but the flavor was bland, I believe the sharp cheddar would make it better. Not sure it would be 5 star worthy with the sharp cheddar because I prefer a slightly creamier consistency, guess you could adjust the milk to your liking. I may make it again with the sharp cheddar and a little more milk.

    Has anyone ever used cream instead of milk? This was an absolute wonderful rich mac and cheese. I served it with dinner and topped it with chopped bacon and breadcrumbs. My 3 year old liked it (without the toppings and my 9 year old devoured it! Great recipe.
