Loved this mac!! Turned out great, I served it at Thanksgiving. For the first time I grated my own cheese instead of store bought and I think thats the way to go!

Very satisfying mac and cheese, and easy to make! I used pre-shredded cheese and 2% milk anyway and added cayenne pepper, oregano, and thyme. This is the second time I have made this mac and cheese. It's fun to play with the spices.

This was absolutely delicious! I didn't have mustard powder and I made my own season salt out of salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and paprika. This would be a great dish to make for a crowd bc it is easy, inexpensive, and tastes so good.

I've been looking for an amazing, non-processed macaroni and cheese recipe for quite a while. This is even more incredible than I could have imagined. Making it even better is the fact that it is super simple and frugal!

I wish there were more than just 5 stars!! I've been searching and searching for a good creamy mac and cheese recipe, and the search stops here! The recipe makes a ton of mac and cheese, but I have no doubt it will all get eaten. My 3-year-old and very picky 1-year-old could not get enough, and neither could my husband or I. I used pre-shredded cheese even though the recipe said not to (I'll admit--I was lazy, and it turned out great! This is such an easy recipe, and will no doubt be my mac and cheese go-to from now on. Very tasty recipe and combination of flavors. Make sure not to leave the mac and cheese in the oven for more than what's in the recipe because it dries out :(

It's pretty hard to eat a reasonable portion of this magical concoction, so I recommend moving to a ranch and working your a** off beforehand. CRAZY good!
