Whole family loved the meatloaf and the sauce is very good, but we added more ketchup and less brown sugar. On the show I thought you added 2c ketchup with 6T brown sugar, and on the recipe page it has 1/2c ketchup with 6T brown sugar. We just adjusted the ingredients for the sauce until we got the flavor we wanted, not too sweet, but still very good.

Amazing! I dare say I like it better than my mom's. Pretty sure I just replaced my tried-and-true meatloaf recipe.

Made this last night for dinner and it was the best meatloaf I've tasted. The sauce really makes it yummy - sweet, tangy yumminess. I had leftovers and it made a fantastic meatloaf sandwich! This is definitely going to be one my go-to recipes...thanks Ree!

Oh, my! I knew when I watched the episode that this was going to be a show stopper, and tonight I'm stopping the show for my family.

Fantastic. So easy but so tasty. The bacon really took the meatloaf to the next level.

Loved this recipe. My son hates meatloaf. I renamed this to Bacon Wrapped Hamburger with ketchup sauce and he ate 2 helpings and took some to school the next day for lunch. I was told this is a keeper recipe and I need to make it again.

This was a good dish, and my boyfriend raved about it, however for me (and I can't believe I'm saying this it was a little heavy on the bacon, the flavor of which slightly overpowered the meatloaf itself. I'd make this again, certainly, but I'd use fewer strips of bacon so I can still taste the beef.

I made this last night - I have to say (so did my husband and son that it was the BEST meatloaf we have ever had. It was just about perfect!! So moist and delicious!!! I have to say that I DID add finely minced onions (had to and did NOT put bacon on top - just the yummy sauce. Husband does not eat bacon and I felt it did not need it.Instead for the "pork flavor" I used 1 lb. beef and 1b. ground pork. I also cooked it longer (used a meat thermometer to reg. 160 then let it rest a while. For those who thought it too sweet - add more hot sauce - I did! I had plenty of sauce left over. Thank you REE - you are the BEST - LOVE YOUR SHOW!!!! PS: ADDING THIS ON 4-16 - - - - USED THE SAME INGRED. FOR THE MEATLOAF "IN STUFFED PEPPERS" YUM AND YUM !!!
