    I made the meatloaf as directed and my husband enjoyed it very much. Due to medical issues I was unable to try it but the fact that he liked it so much was well worth making it. My only issue is that I should have lined my pan as it did stick. This is the first recipe of PW's that I have made and will be trying other recipes from her.

    VERY good! I made a double recipe of this last night to take dinner to an ill friend and family. This is one of the best meatloaf recipes I have ever had. The sauce on top made it along with the bacon! I added a chopped onion and 2 cloves of minced garlic and used 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck with 1/2 lb ground pork. Using a fine dense white bread like Pepperidge Farm with the milk allows the bread to fully soak up the milk and mixing the meat mixture very well eliminates having pieces of bread left visible. I also used very thin bacon so I had no problem getting it to crisp up! I have just begun watching your show, am a good cook and love your straight forward cooking style.

    Sorry, we did not like this meatloaf. It had no flavor and I followed the recipe exactly. Even my husband, who is not a picky eater, didn't care for it. He prefers my "go to" meatloaf but I thought I'd try this one since I saw Ree make it on her show. I wouldn't make again.

    Oh my gosh this recipe was delicious and super easy. Served at New Years Eve party and everyone loved it best meatloaf I have made and or tasted!

    Easy and Delicious! We especially loved the sauce! My husband loved the bacon on top. It adds extra flavor. Will definitely make again! Love your show!

    By far, the best meatloaf I have made and I've tried them all (bread crumbs, oatmeal, onions, peppers, spices, etc.. I will definitely double up on the sauce the next time since I only had enough to cover the meatloaf as directed in the recipe and keep it in the oven a little longer so the bacon can crisp up a bit more. Very tasty, moist, and so easy to make. Can't wait to have leftovers tomorrow for lunch.

    Love this show but meatloaf was not to my taste. Found it rather tasteless. Would not make again and I'm a real meatloaf fan.

    Hi Ree you are a wonderfull wonderfull cook,You do not have to know a person to tell wether they know what ingredients go together to creaete a great recipie.Thanking you so much for your recipies.I just love your dog.So So cute.Love the way you include him in your scedule.Watched you on tv.Thanking You once again.Trish. And my beautiful Border collie Star.She also loves your meatballs.10/10
