    This is the easiest truffle recipe I have ever made! Don't forget to cover the container when cooling. I did and some of the edges got too hard to use. This recipe is a keeper and I will experiment with different flavors.

    Made these to give as gifts for Valentine's day. They were a huge hit! Everyone preferred these to their boxed chocolate. Instead of the mint, I stirred in a teaspoon of raspberry extract and decorated them with edible glitter. So beautiful, so easy, and super yummy!
