The flavor of the cookies was great, but they spread out way too much and ended up more like a lace cookie. I would like to make them again, but need some help with the recipe.

I followed this recipe and found that the edges burned and the cookies spread out. I lowered the temp. to 350 degrees and cut back the cooking time to 15 minutes. They turned out better that way but not so good that I would make this recipe again. I think there is too much sugar, not enough flour for this recipe.

I am a very experienced cook but I have not been able to make these cookies turn out. They spread and end up overbaked on the edges by the time the middle is done. I have substituted margarine and also tried air bake vs cuisinart cookie sheet. I won't make them again.

These were just alright to me, I used the M&M's and they didn't taste right in this cookie recipe at all.

Since I really don't like M&Ms in cookies I added coconut. Great substitution. I used Kosher salt and they were not too salty. The Rice Krispies added great texture. Would definitely make again.

Reduce table salt to 1/2 teaspoon, and this recipe is a knockout! I don't keep kosher salt and failed to notice as Ree told us the ingredients as I wrote them down. I used a heaping tablespoon of dough, baked at 375 degrees for 12 minutes, and was really happy. The first batch I used the 2 Tablespoons salt and ruined the entire batch.

Fab cookies! Easy, fairly quick to make and oh, so yummy. I used milk chocolate chips, white chips and cappuccino chips (King Arthur Flour website and pecans. My husband couldn't wait for them to get done and cool enough to eat. I will be making these again!
