    I used this with bacon as I'm not fond of pancetta. Had seen the episode, so I knew to remove the meat before adding the leeks. I included asparagus and a tablespoon of ricotta (because I had it on hand and it made the sauce a tad thicker... and shrimp. EXCELLENT!

    This was a fabulous weeknight recipe....very flavorful. It is best as Ree stated to use a smaller cut past, it really holds this delicious sauce!

    My,my,my made this last night delicious,yummy,goodness in a few simple ingredients. I didn't want to share but I did had rave reviews. Thankyou this is a keeper.

    We used bacon and doubled the cream! Needed more salt-so added garlic salt when serving! EXCELLENT!!!!

    Enjoyed the dish very much. The flavors were subtle but very complementary and delicious. The next time I make this (which I definitely will, I will double the pancetta....I like to have more meat or meat flavor since I eat this as the main dish. No others changes needed.

    Excellent. I wanted this to be more of a meal in my husband's mind, so I added shrimp. It complimented the pancetta well.

    This was so easy to make and so very delectable to eat. Both my husband and I loved it. I used 4 oz. of pancetta and the mini farfalle because I like them. Not only is this great comfort food, but it is delicious enough to serve to guests.

    I am not a huge fan of pasta. However, this recipe did pique my interest. I didn't have pancetta so used bacon instead. And, as I mentioned not a huyge fan of pasta, so used piccolini farfalle. Ate way more than maybe I should have. Gotta admit, this one is a keeper.
