    My family & I love this vodka sauce! The recipe was easy & delicious. This is my second time making it. The first time I added sauteed shrimp and cut the vodka to 1/2 a cup because of the other reviews. But this time I will be adding the full cup along with some chicken. Thank you for this awesome addition to my cooking repertoire.

    I love this recipe. However way, way to much VodKa. This has to be reduced when measuring because all you taste is Alcohol what you want is the hint of Vodka. Here's what I did I myself do not like the taste of Vodka so I dropped it down to a half a cup but I make sure to taste test it first. If It's still to much add more cream a little at a time and taste again. If it's wright where you want it don't mess with the sauce. LEAVE IT ALONE. Red Pepper well I only do a tiny tiny pinch why ruin the favor of the sauce when you add to much of hot seasonings it takes away the true flavor and all you have is hot mouth. I almost forgot to mention I don't use cream or half and half I use non dairy creamer (No Flavor, low fat and tastes much better and guess what? It's creamer than cream and low fat. I feel it's best to add some type protien such as meat, poulity, fish or cell fish. I broiled Italian sausage then slice them at an angle for presentation effects. It's great

    I really wanted to love this, but the vodka taste was WAY too strong. I followed the recipe exactly. I'm not even sure the alcohol cooked out. Considering I was serving it to three kids, I was concerned about that. They said it tasted "too chemically", meaning they were tasting the alcohol. Ugh.

    Coming from the Pioneer Woman, we found this to be a disappointment. The vodka is too overpowering.

    This was a delicious and easy recipe to prepare. I added chicken to jazz it up for dinner. Everyone in the family loved it and I made it for family coming into town for my daughter's high school graduation.

    I made this recipe today and it was so easy and delicious. I added shrimp marinated in lemon, olive oil salt and pepper and cooked with a tablespoon of butter. It's a hit and a keeper. Thanks so much for an easy delicious recipe.
