I really love the spiciness of the vodka so I kept the entire cup. Hubby and I really liked it. I added some freshly diced tomatoes to give it some more interest. I'll definitely make it again!

This was amazing! My husband even loved it! He kept saying how good it was. I did use only 1/2 cup vodka per many suggestions and it was perfect. Not a lot of sauce so if you like your pasta with a lot of sauce I would double the sauce.

This was awesome! Very easy to make and not expensive at all. We do not like Vodka so we did not use any of that, but it was great without it, and the leftovers the next day even better! Thanks Ree!!! Our family loves you and all of your recipes already.

Loved this! The sauce was smooth and creamy. I'm not a drinker so I used 1/2 the vodka, make try more next time just to try the difference, added chunky cut mushrooms and my husband and I loved it. Took it to work the next day for my daughter and she loved it too! Thank you, it was fast and easy and can so much can be added to make it different. I love the versatility.

I made this last night and it was wonderful. I used all ingredients as listed, but I cooked the vodka down for just over 10 mins, until I couldn't smell the alcohol anymore. I was a little generous with the red pepper flakes, but that was my fault :

I made this last night, so yummy. Not a big lover of onions so I only did half, but still too much for me so 1/4 next time, but this was great, only gave 4 stars because of the amount of onions. With the vodka, I used only 3/4 of a cup and turned out great.

I made this last night(reducing the vodka to 1/2 cup following the advice of others and my family loved it. Also, I omitted the last tablespoon of butter as I thought it was creamy enough without and it was just great!

I guess the Pioneer Woman makes recipes anyone can follow at home. Even the worst of cooks should be able to follow her lead. There isn't much thought involved and the ingredients are easy to find at your local supermarket or pantry. The amount of vodka in this recipe is a bit strong.
