Easy and tastey. Like Ree's children, mine love it and the husband too. I want to make this for my whole extended family and show off in the kitchen a little. Thank you Ree for making me a star in the kitchen.

This is the best pot roast I have ever eaten -- and very easy to make too! The only thing I did was add some flour/milk mixture at the end just before i severd it (i took the roast out and made the gravy - then added the roast back in and cut it apart. Then served with Bob Evans regular mashed potatoes. Really easy meal and really good!!

Wonderful, had to cut the recipe back to about 1/3 - because I am the only meat eater here- but it still turned out perfect. Only thing missing and that is my personal preference - I was out of horseradish! Follow the recipe cut it back if you are a single - you will not be disappointed.

This was, by far, the most delicious pot roast I have ever made! My husband LOVED it and has asked me to make it again and again. Thanks, Ree!!

I have made this great dish 2 times in the last month ! This is a hit ! Slow and Low is the secret to making this turn out. I plan on making this again but going to use red wine with beef broth with 1 part wine and 2 parts beef broth. Well I did make this dish yesterday using 1 part red wine and 2 parts beef broth. Well it was a grand slam not to say the least.

I don't even like beef, but my husband does, so I made this roast. I made it EXACTLY as specified in the recipe and we both LOVED it. I served it with mashed potatoes. I'm looking forward to making this again... the house smelled heavenly while this was roasting.

A simple but delicious roast! I love how the fresh rosemary and thyme permeated the meat. I also added garlic powder in addition to the salt and pepper. The broth was very tasty. I cooked the meat in a crock pot instead of the oven. I've made a lot of pot roasts and I think this one may have had the best flavor.

This is the first Pot Roast I've ever made, and it turned out great. I used a crock-pot instead of the oven, and Cranberry/Grape Juice instead of Red Wine. I also used rosemary and thyme from my spice rack instead of fresh. Delicious!
