This was so delicious and easy! The meat was fork tender - no knives needed. This will replace my Lipton onion soup pot roast!

I made this for my family last night and they devoured every bit. The only change I made was to thicken the gravy before serving as my family prefers it this way and I added more carrots for the same reason. Just a warning; make more than you think you'll need as this one will go fast.

I made this recipe and we love it!! I made it the second time for New Year's Eve and the whole family love it. My brother asked me for the recipe, which I translated for him in Spanish. Delicious and easy!!!

I saw this episode of Pioneer Woman and I figured I would try this recipe out on my pork roast and it turned out to be absolutely amazing...the best pork roast I have EVER made! It was so moist and flavorful that I could not stop eating it...seriously!

Sooooo yummy!! Followed the recipe except I added extra carrots and onion's. Red wine is the secret something. You know you did good when the hubby brags at work the next day about how good his dinner was. I love PW recipes!!
