These are the easiest potatoes to make and delicious! I will definitely be making these again! Love you show Ree - and your family is adorable. Know you've heard it before but...your husband is a hottie!!!

Made this for husband & college son yesterday. Yummy! My husband wants it once a week now. Simple & delicious. Thanks, Ree!

Fantastic. We really enjoyed these and they were an excellent side to the super duper spice in the pulled pork. It did take about 20 minutes longer to cook than instructed. I only wish I had cooked some of the onions in with the potatoes, but that is just personal preference of a pregnant lady who did not fare so well with raw onions!

The dish is good, but it needs more than 45 minutes to cook.

Excellent! Plus I had lots of the potatoes left over, therefore, today I was able to make a Potato Leek Soup very quickly and it was wonderfully delicious! Thanks for this yummy, versatile recipe!

OMG...these potatoes are sinfully delicious! I used fat-free milk not the whole milk plus the heavy cream and they were wonderful! I don't mind peeling potatoes like Ree mentioned she doesn't like to peel 'em, but this was that much faster and easier than most recipes and yet wonderful! We seemed to have lots leftover, so tomorrow I'll do something fun and we'll enjoy the leftovers!
    Thanks Ree!

I give this 3 stars only because the cooking time needs to be increased alot, I thought the time would not be right to have tender potatoes so, I cooked them just covered in water in microwave for 6 minutes, also diced them small and peeled them also. I still had to increase cooking time almost double and I used half and half with whole milk because that is what I had, also used mild chedder cheese, don't think it matters just whatever cheese you have would be fine, bland taste afterall nothing in them but salt and pepper. Will just make my own from now on.
