Not only is this tasty; it is also pleasing to the eye. I made my own pesto and added 2 TBS Annie's Goddess Dressing to make the pesto wetter. The dish was such a hit, I will double the recipe next time.

This was really delicious! I added cucumbers to the tomato mixture about an hour before serving. Poured it all over chopped romaine and grated some parmesan over top. I will be making this a lot in the future!

This was a BIG hit at my dinner party. Served it with Saucy Shrimp and Scallops over Angel Hair and crusty bread. I will use this recipe over and over again. WONDERFUL!

Oh WOW! what a great way to use tomatoes. I took this to my quilting guild yesterday and we all loved it. It is so easy to fix and take. Just left them in the bag till I was ready to serve and poured into bowl. I let the girls put their own onto salad greens.
Keep on coming Ree with all these easy and comfort foods.

Delicious and easy to make!! Loved it!! I added cucumbers since I had it in my fridge. I am definitely going to make this again. Adding the pesto to the dressing was genius. This is a keeper.

Wow, fantastic salad! This one's definitely a keeper. I did use shredded Romaine lettuce since I had it on hand. So easy yet very flavorful and fresh. Really complements the patty melts and crash hot potatoes from the episode perfectly. This would be good for a party or potluck as you can travel easy with the marinated tomatoes in a gallon size Ziploc bag (and the lettuce in another and just assemble before serving.

Made it for dinner and made extra to take to work for my lunch. I didn't use the lettuce I just served it. I love the taste. I forgot to pick up the pesto so I made my own. Everyone at work today saw it and the forks came out. Of coarse I shared everyone liked it.

I made this last night for dinner.. Yummy! I didn't include the lettuce however, but it was a really tasty salad. The dressing had so much flavor which I really liked. I had this alongside beef and cheese manicotti. It was definitely a nice accompaniment. I would certainly make this again and use the dressing recipe for other salads.

I made the whole meal just as Ree did on the show. Everything turned out wonderful. The salad was delicious and the family loved it. This is a great recipie and we will be making this quite often!
