This is absolutely the BOMB! I found, for us personally, that cutting the tomatoes in half but keeping all of the other ingredient amounts the same fit our taste buds perfectly - and cutting the recipe in half made enough for our family of three. I do have a question, though - can you use this recipe for canning, or would the water bath change the taste? I would LOVE to be able to pop open a jar on demand, even though this really takes hardly any time to put together.

Ree, this salsa is absolutely delicious!!! It reminds me of a favorite one that I use to buy in California and could never get in Pennsylvania. Now I can just make this one! Love watching your shows and I do enjoy so many of your tasty recipes!!!

Salsa is my absolute favorite food! I have been searching for years for the perfect restaurant recipe...AND THIS IS IT! I made it exactly to the recipe. My family loves it! The only thing i did the 2nd time was add another jalapeno. My family loved it either way. I'm not sure how many recipes I have tried from Ree...So far I give them all 5 stars. I will keep making this recipe over and over. And now we don't have to eat Mexican every time we go out. THanks Ree!

This salsa is delicious! My family keeps asking for it over and over again. It is fresh and the perfect spice. You would never guess it has canned tomatoes in it. Use a smaller pepper if you want it less spicy. I have made it twice and used a bit more garlic the second time--perfect!

My first time really making anything and it went awesome! My college roommate and I ate two bags of chips and an entire 64 oz pitcher of this stuff during one all nighter...I added a bit more of the flavor givers. I did not find this to be TOO spicy, but rather the perfect amount of spice. It really builds on you. Overall I believe the total price for all the incrediants was around 8 dollars for 64 oz of homemade delicious salsa..I say that is a pretty good deal.

Excellent! It's very spicy - the next time I make it I will remove some of the seeds and membranes. I've always purchased the fresh salsa from Sam's Club....no more! This is very, very good.

Amazing! I went to a Mexican place after eating some of this and it was better than theirs, I was shocked!
It's better than me actually using fresh tomatoes and it's a whole lot easier!! I used a can of Mexican rotel and regular with 1/2 a jalapeno and it was spicy. Daughter and I liked it, but the hubby thought it was a little to much heat. I think the next time I make it I will use to cans regular Rotel and leave out the jalapeno. I also had to add more salt but that's just personal preference. This will be made over and over.

The title says it all. A very, very good salsa; just like at a restaurant!
