    The meatballs were very good. I used panko breadcrumbs instead of bread and they came out just fine. I added extra Italian seasonings to the sauce because it was a little too bland. The longer the sauce simmers, the better. But, we enjoyed it and would make it again.

    I have used many of Ree's recipes and found them all easy and delicious. This one is no exception. The meat balls are wonderful and the sauce tasty. None was left in the platter.
